The purpose of this study was to measure the level of
quality management awareness among military health care
professionals, military health care administrators, other
military health care personnel, and technicians at military
health care institutions. The goals of such measurement were
the identification of perceptions of the role of quality
management in military health care delivery settings, and the
development of recommended strategies to facilitate the
integration of quality management concepts into military health
