I am most comfortable in a formal, mechanistic, rule-oriented and structured culture. From an employment standpoint, I should avoid entrepreneurial settings where there is likely to be a high level of anxiety associated with the lack of formal culture and rules. On the other hand, large organizations or the government offer good opportunities which would be in keeping with my own comfort level in an organizational setting.

Despite my preference for an organizational culture which has a high degree of structure, I have strong ability to respond to change in work and in the work environment. This means that I can be flexible with regard to my work and can adapt as the environment demands.

Our group did not pass through all of the five stages of group development (242-243). Specifically, we omitted the storming stage and passed from forming to norming, which was brief. The other four stages of group development were indeed visible in our group.
