Making a determination of academic, intellectual and social functioning differences for samples of children selected from these each three different groups is the research problem selected for study in this proposal.
Specifically, the proposed study will compare three groups of ten year old children, all of whom have been diagnosed by relevant specialists prior to this study. These three groups will be: (1) children certified as having sensory integrative dysfunction but no other disorder; (2) children certified as having dyslexia but certified as having no other disorder; and (3) children certified as having both dyslexia and sensory integrative dysfunction.
