ôA Self-Applied Internet-Based Intervention for Fear of Public Speakingö published online in Wiley InterScience, www.interscience.wiley.com

The internet now has provided some useful tools concerning health. This technology is now the subject of study to alleviate or eliminate the psychological fear of public speaking. The authors have developed a self-0help program called Talk To Me, which is designed to guide the user through the entire therapeutic process, once they learn to trust this system.

Anxiety of public speaking seems worse at the beginning and, according to the authors, declines progressively with each minute of public exposure to audiences. Behavioral patterns need further study, which is the ,purpose of this present study; namely, to investigate patterns of state anxiety behaviors during public speaking.
