There are significant reasons why I am intent on earning my Master of Science Degree in International Business Management or Entrepreneurship. First, I regard such a degree and the course work leading to it as a necessity for any individual interested in the global business arena. The business climate of the 2000s is a competitive and challenging environment in which knowledge, expertise, and information are critical to success. My own academic interests and studies up to now involve entrepreneurship, international business, and management. A masterĘs degree and the learning it offers is a prerequisite for success in this opportunity-filled career path. Second, my father is a hard-working and educated entrepreneur who has experienced significant success in owning a toy company. His efforts have provided me with a privileged lifestyle and the opportunity to pursue my own academic career and education both at home and abroad. His efforts have offered me an invaluable learning opportunity. As such, I intend to become a successful entrepreneur like my father in order to offer my family the same kinds of opportunities from which I have benefited. I hope to achieve this to aid my father in the continued success and growth of his business, as well as ensure that my family will continue to have a family member to provide for them.
