Internet Business to Customer is the exchange of products, services, or information between a business and a consumer. (B2C).

Internet Business to Business, also known as ôe-bizö is businessùôthe exchange of products, services, or informationöùbetween one business and another rather than between businesses and their customers. (B2B).

E-mail, short for ôelectronic mail,ö is the sending of electronic messages over communications networks. The messages can either be entered via keyboard or uploaded from disk.
