St. Paul Communication Improvement Implementation Plan

Right now a request for information on volunteer opportunities can go through as many as four or five people. The request is given to one priest, who gives it to another, who gives it to the social worker, who gives it to the secretary, who gives it at last to the director of the applicable program. Sign ups will be available for short-term and one-time projects. Teach to Receive The parish should compile a comprehensive list of the services available and how to receive them. This should be published as an insert to the bulletin and placed on posters around the parish. The publication should reassure readers of confidentiality and help with payment if needed. Phase 2 Shorten the Contact Route ôLeader of the Week Programö will focus the attention of parish gratitude on a different program director each week. Often program directors in a parish work months and years without any formal recognition from the parish. This is not good for mor
