The center of a modern society, its economy and the global community is not technology, information or productivity, it is the ethical management of organizations to produce results and raise the standard of living and the standards of doing business to their highest level. This requires policies to form the future; methods to recognize and anticipate change, how to introduce and handle change (both internal and external to the organization). Ethics policies must include management of implementation and innovation, yet which are in line with the strategic realities of for-profit organizations. Information and commerce through Internet channels (technology) require an intense examination, in human terms, of ethical (human) issues to appropriately examine and predict possible positive and negative social, business, and other outcomes so that they may be proactively managed and best practices established to ensure optimal positive use of the IT channel. The purpose of this paper is to propose a study on the effective planning and management of online ethics, based on existing program design, evaluation, what has been learned from the most successful programs and how experience and technology may be ethically customized for the unique goals of end users.
