The advantage to this type of instruction is that it provides for easy interaction between student and teacher and more than one student can be trained at one time. Other critical issues for this learning environment are that a standardized curriculum assures that all students cover the same material and it also assures that ôStandardized training materials can be developed, as wellö (Paul, 1997, p. 97).
