Philosophy of Education

the events in the universe, including human ones but individuals are able to make free choices. It is the soul that all human beings share as a universal. It is through philosophy and education in God and Christ we move closer to our potential for good through making moral judgments in our behavior or conduct. Because of original sin, we can never be sinless or as good in potentiality as Christ, but we can become more like Christ through education. This is also why there is no absolute teacher since only the sinless (i.e. Christ, God) can model or teach absolute virtue to others.

Society is the microcosm within which education and moral conduct play themselves out in my philosophy of education. Because of individual or group control of social institutions, knowledge and its dissemination are never "neutral" and school content reflects "political, social and economic forces."[7] I subscribe to Aristotle's view that moral and just citizens make a moral and just state.
