These organizations include the New England Organization of Human Service Education and the Southern Organization for Human Service Education, among others. NOHS is also closely affiliated with Council for Standards in Human Service Education (CSHSE) who adopted the same ethical standards as NOHS in 1996 and who, in conjunction with NOHS, have "developed a highly respected set of standards for professional human service education programs" (NOHSE, 2004, p. 96).
