Literature Review: Child Care Centers With Similar Problems
The situation at the child care center that is the focus of the proposed research is not unique to the center. For example, King (1993) has noted that child care center planners must consider the developmental levels and interests of the children if they are to produce programs that keep children active and motivated about center tasks and educational activities.
