Watching Notorious is like watching a collage of pictures taken at bizarre camera angles, in odd focus, of curious composition. For instance, Devlin allows Huberman to drive drunk after the party, just trying to wear her down before propositioning her about the undercover assignment. As she's driving, the camera goes to a fuzzy shot of the road, from her point of view it's her hair blowing in her eyes as she's driving. When the shot goes back to the road again, it is to watch the road from Devlin's point of view as the car swerves all over the asphalt.
