In other words, they are administrators with strong human relations skills who apply these skills to all administrative tasks and functions which they are required to perform.
The proposed study will seek for an answer to this question by measuring high school principals leadership style using a human relations model of leadership, The Leadership Practices Model. Specifically, the study will examine whether school violence is associated with differences in the extent to which principals practice those characteristics which the model holds to be effective human relations practices.
