Injecting any drug increases the risk of HIV/AIDS, hepatitis, and other potentially fatal diseases.

Human growth hormone (HGH) and similar drugs have the effect of prolonging puberty, the time when testosterone production is high, and also promote bone growth (Freudenrich, 2004; Kowalski, 2003, 9). However, growth hormone also causes abnormal growth of the face, hands, and feet, and can damage the liver. It can also cause joint disease, high blood pressure, and pituitary gland disorders. Beta-2-adrenergic agonists such as Clenbuterol, Salbutamol, Tertbutaline, Fenoterol, and Bambuterol relax smooth muscle in the airways when inhaled and are used by asthma patients, but when injected into the bloodstream, they build muscle mass and reduce body fat and are used like steroids by athletes.
