The final section of this study, "Contextualization", presents (a) the conclusions drawn from the findings of the project investigation and (b) "Actions Recommended" for implementation by the officers responsible for the operation of the III MEF, Command Center.

A qualitative research design based in phenomenology was followed in the conduct of this project. Research designs associated with the phenomenological method include qualitative case studies, ethnographies, and grounded theory research (Merriam, 1988).
