(Overall, the main problem with this web site as I see it is that itÆs all style and little substance until you get further into the site. ItÆs like digging a foot-deep hole to find one piece of chocolate.)
Front page is confusing. Originals vs. Performance? If one is unfamiliar with the Adidas product, they have no idea which one to look at.
Too Graphics-heavy up front; thereÆs not enough content.
Reliance on Macromedia Flash limits usability for many users.
User interface for info is extremely confusing.
Takes too long to get to actual catalog pagesùmuch time spent wading through fluff before getting to substance of site.
Many graphics are unlabeled and vague on front pages.
Registration is a pop-up. Requires disabled pop-up blocker to view.
Flash graphics are slow-loading, and slow-animating. Detracts from usability.
Boring layout of graphics. ûDoesnÆt contribute to appearance or usability.
Nice transitions between menus and products.
Catalog fairly easy to use. û html based.
International formats for internet sales in foreign countries.
Useful infoùonce you get into site, there is info about events, products, etc, that is fairly easy to access (itÆs getting there thatÆs the problem).
Registration page is readable and easy to understand.
Fairly consistent font use is easy on the eyes.
Two sides of web site û Performance / Originals are discernible by color. Dark / Light respectively.
Self-explanatory shopping, and shopping cart.
