Already in todayÆs society, many people expect to be able to carry out personal financial transactions wherever they find themselves, at any hour of the day or night. Soon this level of service will be expected from organizations including governmental entities. Widely encompassing changes are happening in our lives. Soon the concept of the telephone number, long associated with physical location, will become another form of personal identity. No longer will the concept of ôgetting lostö carry the same meaning as technology more and more effortlessly binds us together such that people can determine each others whereabouts within a few meters (Cox, 1998).
