Moreover, property ownership is essential to business, since property needs to exist in order for factories, office buildings, and little shops to exist.

Pooristan needs to encourage the growth of small businesses. A common mistake is to undervalue the contribution of small businesses to a country's economy, but it is not the Wal-Marts of the world that make nations great; it is the myriad small business owners on the backs of whom the Wal-Marts eventually arise.
