Conflicts in the School Setting

begin by trying to nurture good relations and ties with the community all the time in the belief that community involvement gives the community a stake in the institution and a sense of direct responsibility that is otherwise lacking. This is a proactive approach to controlling conflict that can be very effective. It is a method often known as building bridges.
