The MBTI has provided me with a great measure of insight with respect to myself. I realize that I am someone who is typically interested in new ways of doing things, new challenges, and trying to find solutions. I like to motivate others and, I believe that because of my perception I am able to relate to others in ways that judgmental people cannot. This enriches my personal relationships but also allows me to understand people in ways that improve my relationships with those I might not have much in common with. I have learned that my tendency to be bored and unmotivated by routine or humdrum activities and exercises is something I must work to overcome to a degree.
