When a quality related problem is found, the Q/A department is prepared to listen with an open mind to suggestions for improvement made by the applicable supervisors or managers (Niese, 8).

Top management of the company is committed to the development and implementation of the quality management system and to continually improving the effectiveness of the manufacturing operation.
