Description of Project for Michael Lorenzo:

Mr. Lorenzo's project is the expansion of his computer company, Future Link Technologies, that is dedicated to assembling computers and providing specialized medical databases for doctors. The specific goals of his project are:

Anticipated Challenges for the Project

For this project, I anticipate challenges in my interaction with the Mr. Lorenzo and the other organizational members who will be affected by the implementation of the solution ideas for the client's project. Because the Mr. Lorenzo has a tendency to revert to past behavior and practices and is easily influenced by his circle of friends, he may have difficulties in addressing the core obstacles that are undermining his effort to expand the company. In addition, my recommendations for changes in the hiring practices will also be difficult to implement because it will involve demoting current key employees who are also the Mr. Lorenzo's close friends.
