My Goals for This Client Relationship
My primary goal is to forge a strong and committed relationship with the client in order to ensure the effective implementation of the partnering strategy action plan. Without acquiring his trust, I will not be successful in gaining the client's cooperation and participation in the formulation and implementation of the action plan. In the long run, my objective is to cultivate a long-term relationship with the client that will involve other projects and/or the periodic review of the client's implementation of this project.
In all respects, Michael Lorenzo can be considered to be an assertive and gregarious person who displays tremendous enthusiasm and dedication to his work. Constantly searching for new ideas to enhance the quality of his products and services, Lorenzo is willing to take risks by purchasing innovative products. At times, his risk-taking behavior borders on impulsivity as he often makes decisions spontaneously without sufficient reflection. Although he is a professional with a good business sense, Lorenzo is susceptible to the opinions of his friends who also occupy key positions in his company.
Lorenzo is an extremely animated speaker who moves his body a lot and uses hand gestures to emphasize his words. Typically, he speaks in a loud voice with great variations in the tone and pitches of his voice. When he speaks, he maintains eye contact. In spite of his loud and animated speech, Lorenzo still projects a professional demeanor because of his clear and rational expression of his ideas.
