get population will be female managers that have successfully transcended the 'Glass Ceiling' barrier to upper management positions. Female managers in middle management positions will be considered if the data collected is deemed pertinent to this study.
The participants for this study will selected from at least one professional women's leadership organization. A non-probability sampling of convenience will be utilized by this researcher. The respondents will be asked to respond voluntarily to a survey that will be posted to the organization's web site. The demographic questions will be used to eliminate respondents that do not qualify for the study.
