In addition to these services, the Oak Bah Residential Treatment Facility organization also includes administrative, operations, and construction departments.
Under the existing protocol of organizational authority and responsibility at the Metropolitan Medical Center organization, the departmental supervisors within the Oak Bay Residential Treatment Facility of the organization are expected to keep the Facility Director abreast of their plans, and the Facility Director in turn is expected to distribute such information to all other departmental directors within the Oak Bay Residential Treatment Facility organization. Unfortunately, however, the Facility Director is not invested with the authority to resolve conflicts among the plans of the various departments of the Oak Bay Residential Treatment Facility. Such authority rests with functional area administrators at the corporate-level of the Metropolitan Medical Center organization.
