Current Trends in Job Definition and Job Analysis
The trends common to all the countries of Latin America are (1) a greater focus on the enterprise, (2) flexibility, and (3) skill development (Locke, Kochan, Piore, Bronstein, Grootaert, and Kanbur, 139).
