Shumway is vice-president of wholesale lending, a part of the business that is important because it is the basis for the strategic alliances between Fidelity First and mortgage brokers around the country. With a strong background in both retail organization and wholesale lending, Shumway brings more than ten years of experience to the organization, with a strong emphasis in wholesale lending (Management Team, 1997, p. 1).
Zwagil is chief financial officer (CFO) and vice-president of finance. A practicing CPA with more than 17 years of experience in the financial industry, Zwagil was formerly a partner in a Baltimore CPA firm responsible for taxation and litigation support.
