This structuring device was used by the organization problem-solving team to develop a common set of beliefs, behaviors, and conditions required to make effective decisions. To accomplish this objective, the members of the organization team discussed with the Recreational Counselors about the attitudes, beliefs, and perceptions held by the counselors so that the members of the organization problem-solving team could develop their own positive context for solving the problem.
