The organizational structure is a roughly pyramidal structure headed by a Board of Directors, its Chairman, and a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Under the CEO are vice presidents for forensic services, human resources and support services, and a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). A Medical Director and Director of Patient Care complete the executive level of the organization. Clear lines of communication within departments are established, along with a variety of adjunctive therapies, social services, quality assurance/risk management, and out-patient service divisions.
