Thus far, I have concentrated my education in the field of psychology, receiving a B.A. in psychology and a Masters in Organizational Psychology; in addition, I expect to receive a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology in the Spring of 1995. Throughout my studies, I have concentrated upon the application of psychological theories to the management of human motivation and behavior within organizations. As a result, I have acquired a substantial background in the areas of small group dynamics, business administration, human resource management, and organization behavior. My studies, therefore, have given me some expertise in the interrelationships between society, business organizations, and employees.
I have employed this knowledge in various activities and jobs outside my studies. I have worked as a management consultant for the leading health care provider in Southern California, diagnosing and solving organizational problems. I have worked as a project consultant with the Garvey Unified School district, and as an intern with Builder's Emporium. As a clinical supervisor at the Behavior Modification Center at UCLA, I coordinated the curriculum for autistic children.
