The fourth objection is that pornography feeds upon the exploitation of the men who consume it. Many of the men who use pornography become obsessed with it. The producers of pornography become like drug dealers, making money off the addiction of the consumers. The producers also feed off the humiliation of their consumers. Pornography is usually marketed with crude advertisements; geographic districts where pornography is sold are almost always scenes of degradation in which the consumers are moved to self-loathing. Thus, consumers become filled with anger and their attitudes toward women reflect this. In the end, this contributes to the increasing anger and ugliness in society as a whole.

Radical feminists have gone further in their arguments against pornography. Catherine MacKinnon and Andrea Dworkin are social radical feminists who argue that the liberal philosophy of rights does not work because the rules concerning those rights are made by men in a male-
