3. Average satisfaction: 81110 points.

5. High dissatisfaction: 3450 points.

The questionnaires were administered during class time to students during April 1990. A total of 44 usable questionnaires were obtained.

Literature was reviewed covering topics related to job satisfaction and dissatisfaction. These topics are motivation, burnout, locus of control, and studies reported in the literature related to job satisfaction.
